New Mexico Archives Online (NMAO) provides access to finding aids for archival collections from 19 repositories across the state of New Mexico. The finding aids include information on the contents, historical context, creation, and organization of materials in the collections. Use the NMAO site to browse, explore and discover the exceptional collections of primary resources available in the state. See the full list of participating repositories.
Each archival repository has its own location, hours, and policies for providing access to its collections. Please consult the individual repository with questions about collections and using materials.
Materials held in UNM's Center for Southwest Research are for library use only and can be requested in the Anderson Reading Room.

This collection holds university administrative or operational records, such as meeting minutes, budgets, policy documents, and internal communications.
